A one-week (7 consecutive nights) minimum rental is required. Advance reservations are strongly recommended. A 30% deposit is required to confirm the reservation. The balance is to be paid-in-full 60 days before the departure date. Payment in full is required at the time of reservation, if the reservation is made less than 60 days before the departure date.

All payments are to be made in U.S. funds: money order or cashier's cheque. Once received, payments are non-refundable.
